Fish Oil contains EPA and DHA, two Omega-3 fatty acids that help support and maintain the health of your cardiovascular system and circulatory system. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered "good" fats, and help maintain triglyceride levels already within a normal range. Nature's Bounty Fish Oil is purified to eliminate heavy metals contaminants such as mercury, PCBs and dioxins.
Dosage: For adults, take one (1) softgel three times daily, preferably with a meal.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, mixed natural tocopherols. Contains fish (anchovy, mackerel, sardine) ingredients. Product of Peru.
No artificial color, flavor or sweetener, no preservatives, no sugar, no starch, no milk, no lactose, no gluten, no wheat, no yeast, no shellfish, sodium free.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
