Available in three volume options to suit different color intensity needs:
20 Volume (6%): Ideal for grey coverage or subtle color lifting. Perfect for maintaining the natural texture and shine of your hair.
30 Volume (9%): Suitable for moderate lightening, providing up to 2-3 levels of lift, delivering a more noticeable change in color.
40 Volume (12%): The strongest option, perfect for high-lift blonding, offering up to 4 levels of lift for bold color transformations.
Conditions of Use:
Mix with your chosen hair color or bleach powder in the recommended ratio for optimal results.
For best results, use protective gloves and apply to dry, unwashed hair.
Always perform a patch test 48 hours prior to use to avoid allergic reactions.
Warnings:
For professional use only. Improper use can cause severe damage to hair or scalp.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
